A Pass in any of the following exam with Physics, Chemistry and Biology / Mathematics

1.Minimum eligibility qualification is 10+2 level of education in science stream, from a recognized educational board, for admission into the Diploma in Pharmacy [D. Pharm] course. A minimum aggregate score of 35% (Passing marks) at the 10+2 level is also necessary. The cut-off percentage of marks differs as per the State Board of Technical Education.

2. Vocational course with Physics, Chemistry & Biology / Mathematics conducted by Govt. of Uttar Pradesh only.

Two years.

Age

17 years and above.

Attendance Requirement

A minimum of 80% in both theory and practical (regular) class in essential to get eligibility for sessional as well as annual exam.
