The Dilip Kishore Mehrotra Institute of Pharmacy's placement cell has partnered with various pharmaceutical industries and hospitals to provide employment opportunities to its pharmacy students. They have successfully assisted promising candidates in pursuing their careers in healthcare and the pharmaceutical industry.

The placement cell is led by Dr. Ravi Prakash Srivastava, who collects data on students interested in placement for career development. Final year students of the D. Pharm program can participate in placement activities, and almost all candidates who wish to pursue a career in hospital or pharmaceutical industries receive 100% placement assistance. As a result, approximately 91% of candidates have secured jobs in leading pharma industries, hospitals, pharmaceutical marketing, and hospital pharmacy, while 09% have ventured into their own businesses.
